On November 26, 2012, at around 10:10, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s accounting by force for about 1:45 minutes and over 45 minutes by finding the bus article on the ground that the bus article on which the Defendant was aboard was operating the transportation card terminal at the D urban bus terminal office located in Gyeonggi-si C, operated the transportation card terminal, thereby raising the bus fee.
