1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 2, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. A judgment by service based on the grounds by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
