If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. Around 05:00 on April 4, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at a section of about 500 meters from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-si C to the front of the oil station located in Gangnam-si D, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving the said Fone Star or van.

On April 4, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 05:00, driven the said Lone Star or the passenger car and proceeded ahead of the oil station in Gangnam-si D at about 30-40 km from the right side of the front name to the right side of the light.

At that time, there was a duty of care for a person engaged in the driving of a motor vehicle to thoroughly conduct the front-round situation and safely proceed in accordance with the new code, because the signal was an intersection installed.
