The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

The defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the due deadline for submitting the statement of grounds for appeal (the submission period has lapsed), and the petition of appeal submitted by the defendant does not contain any grounds for appeal, and there is no ground for ex officio investigation even after examining the records. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Articles 361-4 (1) and 361-3 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
