1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

1. Indication of claim;
A. On November 10, 2015, the Plaintiff leased the building indicated in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant at KRW 500,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 350,000. The Defendant is paying the rent after July 10, 2017.
B. On March 28, 2018, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination of the above lease agreement on the grounds that the above rent was overdue.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to deliver the instant building to the Plaintiff, and to pay the amount equivalent to the rent of KRW 3,850,000 per month from July 10, 2017 to June 9, 2018, and the rent of KRW 3,850,00 per month from June 10, 2018 to the completion date of delivery of the said building.
