On Nov. 28, 2011, the Defendant habitually subscribed to the online private sports betting site, “B and other domain names are changed several times,” “A” in which the result of betting is multiplied by a certain ratio of the betting amount, upon which the Defendant received money for the winning or outcome of the domestic and foreign sports games, and then received the betting amount from the website operator. On Nov. 28, 201, the Defendant included the total amount of KRW 100,000 from 30 K University F. 813 in Sejong Special Self-Governing City and then received KRW 100,00 in the account of K Bank (Account Number:G) to 200,000 won, and the Defendant received KRW 10,000 in the total from 30,000,000 from 10,0000 won to 30,000,000 won in the National Sports Promotion Act or 10,000,000 won from 20,00.

(B) The Defendant, at around February 19, 2012 (No. 104 to August 3, 2013, was engaged in gambling by using similar acts as referred to in the preceding paragraph, at the same time as in the preceding paragraph, at the place between February 19, 2012 and August 3, 2013.
