In light of relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the relevant legal doctrine or misapprehending the predictability, possibility of avoidance, and causal relationship in the crime of violating the Safety Control of Dangerous Substances Act, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
