The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court, which found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning, did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding statutoryism and the limitation of delegation legislation, or by violating the rules of evidence, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
