1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 1, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

The facts that the Plaintiff lent KRW 52,00,000 to the Defendant on May 12, 2010 do not conflict between the parties. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 1, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
