1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 65,502,347 and KRW 41,445,242 among them, per annum from July 25, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on September 4, 2009, lent 65 million won to the Defendant at a rate of 16.3% per annum for delayed damage. The Plaintiff sought reimbursement of the above loan.
