1. The Defendant amounting to KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff, and 10% per annum from December 12, 2016 to October 31, 2018.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) determined that the amount of KRW 30 million on November 24, 2016, out of the loan 50 million to the Defendant, was 10% per annum on November 23, 2017; and (b) determined the due date for repayment of KRW 10 million on December 7, 2016 at 10% per annum; (c) determined the due date for repayment of KRW 10 million on June 30, 2017; and (d) lent KRW 10 million on December 30, 2016 at an annual interest rate of KRW 10 million on June 30, 2017; and (e) the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the said debt by Nonparty C at 10% per annum; and (e) even after the due date for repayment of the loan to the Plaintiff.
