A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 300,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

At around 15:00 on May 9, 2012, the Defendants appeared as witnesses of the Defendant case, respectively, and taken an oath in the court of Masan District Court No. 225 of the Changwon District Court, Masan District Court No. 2015, Masan District Court No. 2014, May 9, 2012, as witnesses of the said court.
