1. The Defendant stated in the “personal amount” column of the attached Table 1 in the Plaintiffs and the deceased litigants, respectively, and the money.

Reasons

1. Details of ruling;

(a) Business approval and public notice - Business name: V industrial complex development project (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”): Defendant: W W, Apr. 24, 2014, W, N, etc., public notice of Gyeongnam-do on May 29, 2014 - Defendant

B. Adjudication on expropriation made on January 27, 2015 by the Central Land Tribunal of Gyeongnam-do: Land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 attached hereto, owned by the plaintiffs B litigants (hereinafter “each of the instant land”). - The starting date of expropriation: March 23, 2015 - Compensation for losses: as indicated in the separate sheet No. 2 attached hereto.

- An appraisal corporation: a national appraisal corporation or the Korea Appraisal Board;

C. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on September 17, 2015 - Contents of the ruling: The phrase “the amount of personal adjudication” as indicated in the attached Table 2.

- An appraisal corporation: one appraisal corporation, one stock company, and a dialogue appraisal corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as "adjudication appraiser," collectively, and the result of the appraisal is referred to as "adjudication appraisal").
