1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,635,00 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 13, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, 00 won as of April 23, 2015, when requested by the Defendant to remove the C hotel building located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, input heavy equipment, and complete the removal of heavy equipment from October 29, 2014 to January 11, 2015 - B5,00 won as of April 23, 2015.
