However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On November 29, 2015, around 18:35, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business by force by getting on the victim’s D taxi in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, and refusing to pay the fare of KRW 4,700 to the victim’s claim for the taxi fare of KRW 4,700 after having arrived at the 252 adult apartment in the Busan Metropolitan City, Jin-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and thereby obstructing the victim’s taxi business.

2. At the above time and place, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties and insulting the Defendant: (a) reported that the taxi engineer, while patroling in the vicinity, requested to scam and assist him; and (b) received a request from the victim F in the situation of the victim belonging to the Busan Police Station E District of the Busan Police Station, and from the scam G to pay the taxi fee and return home; (c) on the part of ordinary citizens, including the taxi engineer, who were in the surrounding area, sent back to the scene; and (d) took the front of the taxi; (d) stated that the Defendant: (a) laid down in this title, she was ki, she was kid; and (e) she was scamed with the f's chest, she was scambling by drinking; and (e) she was scamed with the breast by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim F and G and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties concerning patrol duties by assaulting the police officer.
