1. The Defendant’s KRW 153,436,309 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 23, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(B) The Plaintiff, on October 16, 2015, sought payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of the instant complaint to September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment (see Supreme Court Decision 208(3)3 (by service by public notice) of the Civil Procedure Act.
