However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant (hereinafter “C”) treated “(YABA)” as a kind of psychotropic drugs as follows, although it is not a person dealing with narcotics, who is a person residing in the Republic of Korea and is not a person dealing with narcotics.

1. At around June 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased and conspired to administer the franchising with G (G and separately named “H”) that is a birth station located in Da and 1st century; (b) promised to purchase the franchising with G (G and separately named “H”); (c) promised to purchase the franchising KRW 50,000,000 in the future; (d) purchased the franchising from E; and (e) purchased the franchising on the franchising site; and (e) opened the franchising of the franchising site and administered the franchising as soon as possible.

2. Around June 18, 2017, the Defendant conspired to purchase and administer a fy with G at the E’s home, and purchased 50,000 won in cash from E with a fying price, and purchased 1,000 won in cash from E with a fypt, and purchased fying on the said fypt, the Defendant purchased fying on the fypt fypt, and fying down the bottom of the fypt, and administered fys as soon as possible.

3.
