The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On October 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 17:30, the third floor of the commercial building located in Busan-gun, Busan-gun, the third floor of the commercial building in which the victim C and the night work are disputed; and (b) the Defendant expressed the victim’s large voice “I son, I son, who will have caused the death of the victim.”
Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
2. Provisions applicable to the facts charged in judgment: An offense subject to prosecution under Article 311 of the Criminal Act: A judgment dismissing the victim's non-existence of punishment (Submission of an agreement) after the prosecution under Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act).
