A. On June 9, 2010, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50,000 to the Defendant with general business funds by setting the interest rate of KRW 4.49% per annum on CD-for-all loans, 15% per annum on delay compensation, and June 8, 2012.

B. The Defendant delays the repayment of the principal and interest of the above loan, and the remaining principal and interest as of June 3, 2016 are KRW 171,411,030 (the principal and interest are KRW 96,49,313).

2. Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remaining principal and interest of KRW 171,41,030 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 4, 2016 to the date of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s claim is justified.
