However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On November 10, 2015, the Defendant obtained permission to fell standing trees from the head of the relevant Si/Gun with regard to the net Chang Chang-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, the size of which is 2,00 square meters.

On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut trees to grow trees at the risk of planting trees in the above forest and field; (b) extracted the roots of pine trees, night trees, and other active trees, including the above permitted area, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities; (c) removed ornamental trees; (d) removed ornamental trees; and (e) changed the use of trees to farmland by means of walking the stratos, such as ground plants, walking the stratos, and cutting the stratos of mountain trees, without permission from the competent authorities.
