A. The Defendant borrowed KRW 20 million from the Plaintiff on February 15, 2012, ② on September 13, 2012, ③ KRW 10 million on September 14, 2012, ④ KRW 11,000 on June 11, 2013, ⑤ KRW 60 million on September 30, 2014, respectively, with the loan period of KRW 1 year and KRW 12% on September 30, 201, respectively.
B. The Plaintiff and the Defendant reduced the loan amount to KRW 4,50,000 from March 6, 2017 to KRW 9% per annum.

According to the above findings of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest of KRW 60,00,000 on the borrowed amount and KRW 11,60,000 for 29 months until February 28, 2018 (i) interest on the borrowed amount from KRW 40,000 x 1% x 29 months), (iv) interest on the borrowed amount 300,000 won for 2 months (=200,000 won x 9% x 20% 9% x 2/12 months) and the interest on the borrowed amount, 40,000 won among the principal, and 40,000,000 won per annum from March 1, 2018 to April 18, 2018, to 30,0000 per annum from the day after the day of service of a copy of the complaint, 12% per annum from the day after the day of service of the complaint to 10, 208% per annum.
3. Therefore, the claim of this case is accepted on the grounds of the conclusion.
