매매대금
1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 37,510,00 to the Plaintiff the annual rate of KRW 15% from January 9, 2016 to the date of complete payment.
1. From 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with the Defendant for the pipe (after the Defendant was supplied with the pipe, the Defendant agreed to settle the sales price by the end of the following month following the settlement closing) and continuously supplied the Defendant with the pipe.
However, the defendant does not pay 37,510,000 won out of the purchase price for the stetrare pipe supplied by the plaintiff.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the above KRW 37,510,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the instant complaint ( January 9, 2016) to the day of full payment under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
