If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

1. On January 4, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant cited one victim E’s driver’s license, which was placed under custody of the entrance Kacter at the location of the D main points in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and stolen it.

2. The Defendant and F purchased a mobile phone under the name of E by forging and using the stolen E’s driver’s license as described in paragraph 1, and sold the mobile phone under the name of E, and conspired to divide the price.

On February 2, 2013, the defendant of the unlawful uttering of official document presented to the above I a driver's license, who knew of the fact that the F was a driver's license when purchasing a mobile phone in the name of E at H located in Namnam G on February 16, 2013, and the F was demanded to verify his identity from the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with F, illegally held the E's driver's license, which is an official document.

B. F along with F, the Defendant: (a) stated “E”, “J” in the signature column, and “E” in the applicant column in the name of the application for new entry into a mobile phone with the material pen at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph; and (b) delivered the document to F as if it was duly constituted.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, forged a new application for entry into a mobile phone in the name of E, a private document, for the purpose of exercising rights and duties, and exercised it.

C. The defrauded, along with F, presented E’s driver’s license at the date, time, and place of the foregoing paragraph (a) and issued an application for new entry of E’s mobile phone under the name of F, and committed as if F would be E, and it was received from the victim I, namely, one cell phone of the amount of KRW 814,000 at the victim’s seat, and the Defendant did not pay the information usage fee from the time to July 2013.
