[2013Kadan1365] On June 18, 2012, the Defendant discovered that, at around 07:17:17, the entrance of the Yando-Eup, the G Driving car was changed from one lane to two lanes, while driving a F Trate-type car, the Defendant intentionally got the said car and caused the accident, and then caused the said G to claim insurance proceeds from the employees in charge of the Korea Commercial Damage Insurance Co., Ltd. at around that time, and received KRW 80,000 from the said victim as insurance proceeds.
