1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 22,203,950 won and 5% per annum from August 19, 2015 to September 24, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Act, the part demanding payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate exceeding 15% per annum after October 1, 2015 among the Plaintiff’s claims is dismissed.
