Seized evidence1 to 3 shall be confiscated from the accused.

The Defendant posted a false article on a smartphone 1, a online used goods transaction site, or on an Internet NAV car page, thereby attempting to acquire the price of goods against persons who reported and contacted with it.

On July 10, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “LG2 cell phone is sold to 220,000 won” by accessing the “number of smartphones”, and said, the Defendant said that the Defendant would send the said cell phone to the victim C who reported and contacted the fact that he remitted KRW 204,00 to the victim C, but the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the said cell phone from the beginning.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 204,00 from the Industrial Bank of Korea account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and, in the same manner, received the total sum of KRW 1,654,00 from six victims in the same manner as shown in the attached crime list (1).

"2014 Highest 2834" means that the Defendant posted a false article on the Internet Niberian website and received the price of goods from the persons who reported and contacted it. On August 6, 2014, the Defendant posted a false article on the above Niberian website stating that "S Smartphone is sold in KRW 400,000," and then sent the above mobile phone to the victim D who visited him/her on his/her own behalf, but the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell the above mobile phone from the beginning."

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 400,00 from the victim to the NongHyup Bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and from that time, transferred KRW 8,810,00 in total from that time to September 29, 2014, in the same manner as shown in the List of Crimes (2).
