In accordance with Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act and Article 257(3)3 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective Oct. 1, 2015) with respect to cases that are concluded after October 1, 2015, the interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment is modified, and thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s request should be dismissed.
