In full view of the facts that the court below determined a punishment by reducing the amount of fine for a summary order by fully considering the circumstances favorable to the defendant, and that there is no change of circumstance that differs from the judgment of the court below when the court below was in the trial, and all other matters concerning the sentencing as shown in the records and arguments of this case, the punishment of the court below is deemed appropriate, and thus, the defendant'
