In light of relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court found the Defendant guilty of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) among the selective facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, did not err by misapprehending the facts contrary to the rules of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the status of the custodian in the occupational embezzlement and the intention of unlawful acquisition.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
