납품대금 청구의 소
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 133,039,932 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from December 24, 2019 to the date of full payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff, who runs the wholesale and retail business of determining the cause of the claim, supplied the original unit to the Defendant who runs the clothing manufacturing business from October 2018 to November 2018 and the attempted amount remains in KRW 133,039,932 is not in dispute between the parties, or that the entire purport of the pleadings in each of the items in subparagraphs 1 through 4 remains in full.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 13,039,932 the price of the goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from December 24, 2019 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as requested by the plaintiff.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
