However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 25, 2015, at around 05:50 on July 25, 2015, the Defendant driven a Churburted car, and led the Defendant to proceed along a two-lanes of the Egypted car located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, depending on the two-lanes of the Egypted Do.
