1. On March 2, 2018, an agreement on the division of inherited property on March 2, 2018 between the Defendant and Nonparty C is concluded.

Reasons

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in the fact-finding inquiry about Gap evidence 1, Gap evidence 2-1, 2-2, and Gun, the plaintiff's claim is accepted since the agreement on division of inherited property on March 2, 2018 between the defendant and non-party C is recognized as an act infringing the plaintiff's rights as the creditor, as shown in the ground of claim in the attached Form
