A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
On August 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment for robbery, injury, etc. at the Suwon District Court on August 25, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on March 16, 2019.
1. The Defendant and D’s criminal act committed an open recruitment with the Defendant came to have received a proposal from D to the effect that “I can easily impose money if I removed money or goods from a place of massage procedure,” which was returned to the prison, in a situation where it is difficult to prepare for living expenses after being released from the prison.”
Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with D to receive money and valuables from a massage clinic by abusing the fact that the Defendant could not easily report to the police because of his weak points when taking money and valuables against the massage clinic, and by threatening the proprietor or the chief of the management office, etc. to “to report to the police by sexual traffic if he did not know the money.”
At around 15:59 on April 30, 2019, the Defendant, along with D, threatened the victim H (Nam and 43 years of age) (a person south and 43) who is the head of the office located in Seoul Gangnam-gu (E) with the phone call, threatened the victim with “I will continue to make a report on the illegal business before making a report on the illegal business act to the police.” At around 18:18 on April 30, 2019, the Defendant received KRW 1 million from the Cbank account (Account Number J) in the name of I at around 18:18, 2019, and received KRW 4.7 million from May 31, 2019 to the victims of 5 business places over a total of six times as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).
Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with D to commit a total of 4.7 million won from victims.
2. The Defendant’s sole crime committed on June 2, 2019, sent letters to the victim M& (Nam, 37 years of age) who hangs a phone at the “L” terminal located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, or who is the chief of the management department at the place, to the police.
