1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 50,000,000 and its KRW 30,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,00,000 from January 22, 1998.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant”.

2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
