1. The remainder of the sales price calculated by deducting the costs of auction from the sales price by selling the 555 square meters away from the 555 square meters away from the Gowon-gun in Jeon Chang-gun
1. The land indicated in Paragraph 1 of the Notice of Claim is jointly owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendants, according to each corresponding ratio listed in the separate sheet of co-ownership.
However, since the Defendants did not comply with the Plaintiff’s claim for partition of the jointly owned property, the Defendants filed a claim for the auction partition of the pertinent land as the instant lawsuit.
