The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On July 11, 2015, at around 02:30, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the part of the victim D, who wraped tobacco on the front side of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, on the ground that the victim was shouldered by the Defendant; and (b) committed assault on the part of the victim on the part of the Defendant.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
(c) Declaration of non-declaration of punishment: Agreements submitted on December 3, 2015;
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
