A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Nos. 3, 4, and 9 of seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On April 6, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 6, 2016, and six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the above court on August 24, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on February 12, 2018.
The defendant of "2018 Highest 1442" is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. Around 04:50 on August 5, 2018, the Defendant received approximately 1g of Metepptopy (the so-called “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) from C at the guest room on the second floor of Pyeongtaek-si Bel, which is a local mental medicine.
B. (1) On July 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was aware of the fact that he administered and provided phiphonephones; (b) the Defendant was in a usual room in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu;
In addition to E, two philophones are put in two philophones and 0.03 grophones are dilutiond with raw water, the following one was administered by means of injection to the defendant's arms, and one was provided by means of injection to E.
2) On August 5, 2018, the Defendant was aware of at least 05:00 that he/she was in the guest room in Pyeongtaek-si Bel.
Before entering the F, two disposable injection devices, such as paragraph 1(a), are dilutiond with approximately 0.03 grophones received from C, and one of the following is administered by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms, and one is provided by means of injection to the right shoulder of F.
3) On August 6, 2018, the Defendant was aware of at least 04:0 on August 6, 2018, G hotel H in Young-gu G in Young-gu, Young-si.
I and F entered three for a disposable injection unit, in which approximately 0.05 g of philophones are added to one divers, and divers are made by dilution, and the remaining two are supplied to F's arms, and to I's arms, respectively.

On August 7, 2018, the Defendant, holding a philophone, 23:35 on August 7, 2018, uses a transparent vinyl 1.01g of philophone, and a philophone 0.1g of philophone, which is included in this part of the Defendant’s autopsy 2 floor of Pyeongtaek-si Bel.
