Reasons

1. The plaintiff 00,000 won in total over several times lent to the defendant, but the defendant did not pay the above money and thus the plaintiff's criminal complaint was filed against the plaintiff. The defendant issued and delivered a certificate of borrowing 25,000,000 won including interest to the plaintiff on May 10, 2013 that the plaintiff will make installment payments of KRW 1,00,000,000 per month from June 2013, and even if the defendant did not pay it at all, the defendant loses its interest due to a failure to pay it.
