The Defendant is a person who operated a subcontractor in a company with the trade name of “C Company” in the vessel block manufacturing chain Co., Ltd.

From the end of November 201, when the Defendant was employed as a contact with the said B Company, the “Sa Company created and operated an independent subcontractor within the B Company,” upon receiving a proposal from the Minister of General Affairs D, etc. of the B Company, the Defendant confirmed the “basic contract for construction work” presented on the side of the B Company, and entered into a contract for construction work with the B Company as a content thereof, and entrusted E with the issuance of its resident registration certificate to E who is an employee of the said Company, and the said E, on behalf of the Defendant, prepared an application for business registration under the name of the Defendant and issued the business registration certificate with the trade name of the “C Company” on December 2, 201.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, submitted a complaint to the effect that “A has not filed an application for business registration under the name of C, and the Defendant, F, E, and G, a representative director of the B, and G, who is an accounting officer of the F, E, and B, for the purpose of being subject to criminal punishment due to the violation of the Labor Standards Act, upon the occurrence of an employee’s delayed payment of wages,” and that “A has not filed an application for business registration under the name of C, and even without having prepared the application for business closure on January 30, 2013, even though the Defendant, F, E, and G conspired with and voluntarily filed a report on business closure with C as of December 1, 201 and without permission for business closure as of June 4, 2012, the Defendant conspired with the Defendant F, E, and G, and thus subject to criminal punishment under the name of F, E, and G, the instant police station as of February 6, 2013 and 18,” and thus, submitted the complaint.
