1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 5, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 7, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) leased a deposit of KRW 130 million from the Defendant to the C Building D; and (b) sought the return of the said deposit by means of a service by publication based on the grounds (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
