The facts indicated in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,472,340 (=the amount of the subrogated principal of KRW 43,409,663 by subrogation of KRW 25,867) and the amount of KRW 43,409,663 by subrogation of KRW 43,409,663, whichever is the subrogated principal, to the Plaintiff at the rate of 12% per annum from June 5, 2015 to July 9, 2015, which is the delivery date of the instant payment order, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and accepted.
