1. The Defendant stated to the Plaintiffs in the “total amount of recognition” column in attached Form 1, and the amount so stated.

Reasons

1. Presumed factual basis

A. The Defendant Company is a company that carries on urban bus transportation business.

The plaintiffs are members of the Democratic Bus Headquarters of the National Public Transport and Social Services Workers' Union (the bus sub-chapter of the former National Transport and Industry Workers' Union; hereinafter referred to as the "short-sea bus sub-chapter") as those who were or were retired while serving as a driver after being employed by the defendant company.

B. The contents of a collective agreement and wage agreement are determined by a collective agreement and wage agreement concluded between the defendant company and the simple bus union. The main contents of a collective agreement and wage agreement from 2008 to 2011 are as follows.

1) The daily working hours and working hours per day are 13 hours in total, 8 hours in basic working hours, 5 hours in overtime work hours, and 20 days in total (20 days in February) in total, the monthly working hours are 20 days (19 days in February) in terms of wage system drivers’ wages shall be based on the monthly basic pay system, and the daily basic pay shall be calculated on the basis of the rate determined in the wage agreement every year, and the monthly basic pay shall be calculated on the basis of it again, and the above regular pay shall be the basis for calculation of various allowances.
