1. We affirm that the expulsion from school against the Plaintiff on November 19, 2019 was null and void.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 257 (1) and 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
