1. The defendant's compulsory execution against the plaintiff shall not be permitted in accordance with this court's decision 2001Gais3814 decided September 28, 2001.

1. According to the judgment of the purchase price case in Daegu District Court 2001Gau7381, the Defendant applied for an order of seizure collection under the above court 2018TT910.
However, on December 26, 201, ten years have passed since the judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant's above-mentioned claim was already extinguished by the expiration of the extinctive prescription.
Accordingly, the plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case seeking the denial of compulsory execution based on the above judgment.
