1. The Defendant’s 44,500.00 US dollars and 5% per annum from September 11, 2014 to July 17, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
On July 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the production of child uniforms, and produced goods equivalent to USD 44,500.00 on September 10, 2014, and delivered them to the Defendant.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of US$ 44,500.00 for the goods price and 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from September 11, 2014 to July 17, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
