Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
On August 4, 2015, at around 05:34, the Defendant driven a B observer car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.110% in blood, from around the Do located in the beginning of Busan Dong-dong, to the front of the Dong-dong Seoul metropolitan hospital.
