1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 31, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant indicated the claim: (a) lent KRW 30,000,000, monthly interest of KRW 1,500,000 on March 30, 2012, including KRW 10,000,000, and KRW 10,000 on June 20, 2012; (b) paid only KRW 6,40,000 on seven occasions from April 30, 2012 to January 9, 2013; and (c) did not pay the remainder interest and principal.
