A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

1. Defendant A is a person who operates a similar trading establishment with the trade name “E” in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D 4 floors.

From April 17, 2014 to 19:00 of the same month, the Defendant received 40,000 to 45,000 won each from three male employees, such as F, etc., customers, from the traditional massage in the above place, and had employees of the above place of business, G and B, etc., find out the sex of two male employees, such as F, etc., conduct the similarity by allowing them to see and see the sex flag of two male employees, such as F, etc.
