1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 24,343,541 as well as KRW 12,157,714 among them, from November 11, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims in attached Form; and

(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
