Punishment of the crime
On June 9, 2014, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol content of about 50 meters from the front road of the Gyeongnam-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun to the front road of the Gu Young middle school located in the same Ri from the front road of the Gyeongnam-gun, Ulsan-gun, the Defendant driven B vehicles with a blood alcohol content of about 0.129%.
